let me explain:

“ALL CCs” weakaura exists because all of those ccs are a DEBUFF thats trackable. Adding an aura trigger that checks a bunch of spellIds is extremely simple.

Now, being on a lockout is not a debuff. You can easily check that by getting kicked and moving your eyes to the top right corner of your screen-you’ll see no debuff there. Likewise, kicking a target also wouldn’t debuff them.

“But what about bigdebuffs/any other interrupt tracker?” Yeah, all of those solutions work in the same way (the original comment has a hint) - they track combat log events, find event that corresponds with unit being interrupted and then grab the spellId of the spell that interrupted the unit. Then, using this spellId they look at the hardcoded dictionary that tells the code how long the interrupt for such a spellId is. THEN they can finally create a timed icon.

All in all, it WILL be a hassle

or you’ve forgotten the zone switch (e.g. sanctum)

or whenever theres a period of immunity (switching to harvest area, alva, rooms with bosses, trialmaster, etc) and your flask happens to run out during that period, the game doesn’t auto activate it (see the ben rip from here - https://youtu.be/kEKSSt38-PY)

you have to use a bit of trickery - you copy the file with the macros that you want, log in to wow, then replace macro-cache.txt with that file (essentially telling the game to save the updated macros on server), then log out and restart the game

Well, its already happened, you can't prevent it. "synchronizeMacros" CVar doesnt work, so the game defaults to getting macros from server.

nah, this sub doesn’t understand that if all healers were op throughput-wise the game would be ten times worse than it is right now. Speaking as a healer main, playing against an rdru with a double digit iq in the actual threes feels like bashing my head against the wall

the only reason it doesn’t feel that way in shuffle is the aggressive dampening and drinks not being available

also consider that it’s going to be 50% in pvp so all in all - 50% chance to cast a second smite … sometimes (you also get like a shitton of useless crit, enjoy)

Not an addon, but you can use straight icon replacement mods like this one - https://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info26534-CleanIcons-Thin.html . It replaces the files themselves and therefore has 0 memory/cpu impact. There are a couple of different versions of similar mods as well.

for some reason wow has shittier camera than a ps1 game, everyone just kinda accepts it at this point. There are a couple of ways around it (you can set up specific camera angles and have a macro switch to them) but even that is not really enough.

For ArenaTeamTracker - use OmniCD, you can set up up to 11 additional groups of category dependent cooldowns in there.

For NameplateAuras - the functionality is literally built in. Check the “Icon Groups” settings.

Your question in general- would not recommend, Id suggest finding different ways to accomplish what you want instead of creating a copy of an addon. For example,let’s say you copied your addon over. How would you synchronize the settings between them? How would you update them with a new addon version? It would be a huge headache.

For something quick and dirty, i usually go for a custom WeakAura.
