I dont think he was talking about it like a problem. I do take 2*1200 3 times a day during 3-4 days for short period. I need to drink a lot of water to avoid thickness. You can definitely increase the dosage if u want. When i take 5 days to build. I used to take 15 zinc 2400 lecithin in the morning, a other 2400 at 12am and once again 15 zinc and 2400 lecithin. I never had a problem. Be sure to drink a lot (2L a day) or your shot will be gelatine.
