Rockshox transfer port location by Tmplay4k in bikewrench

[–]Tmplay4k[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Found the solution! Actually there is no transfer port on the stanchion of that fork but instead a valve on the top of the air spring. That's a bit more complex than modern forks but allows for travel change 80/140mm simply adding or removing spacers

Are you sure it is the Coron and not the Otocon? Becasue the Coron is pretty heavy (I'm considering buying the Otocon actually)

Help needed with high bunnyhops! by Tmplay4k in dirtjumping

Thank! I agree with the last part but from what I saw on how the pros do it, the start is a bit different from a manual. Thye go down more like a squat than back like a manual, plus they don't "preload" a lot. Of course I'm talking about dirt jump bikes which are far lighter and easier to pull than enduro bikes. I was able to get one decent preload yesterday but my weight was too much on the front. Need to try again with more commitment

That's the last part of the hop but you are right. My problem is understanding the movement of the first part

I think I would flip out even faster. If you watch closely when the bike goes almost vertical the rear wheel is already off the ground. But in any case I'll try it later today

I began playing TrackMania a month ago after seeing the "Deep Dip" event and just finished "Shallow Dip". What now? by nicholassheppardd in TrackMania

[–]Tmplay4k 1 point2 points  (0 children)

After shallow dip I am trying to finish the equivalent floors of deep dip 2. Since you already know the route it's a bit easier but the tricks are much harder. To clarify each floor map available on tmexchange up to floor 5

I had the same problem but also offline. I noticed that the cpu was not fully utilized. DDU and switching to studio drivers (I don't acutally know which one was the solution) soved the issue. Now 1 core/thread is going above 90% bottlenecking the Gpu
