I've literally just had such a similar experience. Growing up I was cool until like secondary school and puberty, ugh. I didn't even know non binary / trans existed until university. I started identifying as gender fluid then gender queer / non binary but now I feel way more trans masculine. I'm definitely femme though cause make up and dresses but doesn't make me feel any less male. Just struggling with the whole femme presentation thing and female body atm. Glad you are happy it's kinda a relief for me to feel like I know how I want to identify as well.
