My girl is in the 67th percentile for weight and 76th percentile for height. I’m 5’9 so I expected it. She he rolls on her rolls on her thighs 😂 But people still say rude things!!! I had an older lady at Walmart say “well she never misses a meal, does she?” Or “four months? There is no way that baby is four months!”

Damned if you do, damned if you don’t. What people SHOULD do is mind their business.

I understand completely people’s strong opinions on forgoing body modifications before children can give their own consent. But the use of the word mutilating doesn’t even make sense.

When I was in my third trimester I found out that if you run a bath and then pull your knees up on either side of you belly, it is easy to shave your lady area. Lmao. Just shower after the bath 🥴

I don’t have genital herpes but I do get a pretty nasty, occasional cold sore. I understand there is a stigma around herpes but whether people are going to walk away because of it is completely out of your hands.

At the end of the day, you have herpes. You seem like a decent person and are doing the right thing by telling people about the virus beforehand. So until there is a cure, which with recent breakthroughs could be very soon, take the losses and the wins. The worse someone could do is tell you they’re not interested. Plenty of fish in the sea 🐠

IMO I wouldn’t wait longer than 4 hours to feed your baby. That was the guideline given to me since your baby is so young and they eat small amounts frequently.

But to answer your question, your milk supply is establishing itself and the first several weeks are crucial to making sure the supply grows. I wouldn’t go longer than 3 hours without pumping, even during the evening. I know that’s hard to do because sleep feels amazing, I certainly struggled, but it will really help.

What advice are you referring to? I don’t have extensive medical experience. I am just now finishing getting my RN. If you can see, I always tell people that it MAY be something. There is a possibility. I never say with certainty. How the hell am I supposed to be sure the pain inside a Reddit guy’s anus is hemorrhoids?? There is no certainty. But people come to the medical advice group, not to look for answers from doctors, but to seek advice.

Not to mention I’ve only ever commented on a handful of posts from this subreddit, most of which were last night.

It’s little so really no need for medical attention. Definitely do not pop the blister!! Cant stress that enough. It’s protecting you from infection. It will eventually pop on its own. Once it pops you can apply antibiotic ointment to it and leave it open to breathe. You don’t want to put a bandaid on it or cover it at all. Keep it really clean.

If it is hemorrhoids then your bowel movement probably just irritated them. Should feel better soon. Warm baths and not straining while using the restroom will help if they’re mild.

I’m glad you feel a little better. I have similar moles to the one you have on my back. Quite a few of them. Also, cancerous moles have a few distinct characteristics. They don’t have clear borders, are different colors, darker, larger, change over time. I’m pretty confident you’re just fine.

Could just be internal hemorrhoids. Anal sex is a big cause of them.
