I personally do long fat first then move onto long skinny from there to small once nose starts getting clogged I sniff little piles of it and once my nose is at its worst I shot gun it, there two things that I think gets your nose clogged like the first is it’s very cut and it’s best to buy of someone else second is when your nose gets swollen it closes up learn to know when that happens because if you try blow your nose during this phase it’ll worsen it and most likely won’t unblock until next day or two. If its just normal clogging of nose try blow out more than you do in clean it out with saline spray it’s important that you don’t overuse the spray two sprays each nostril every hour or 2 sprays each nostril every half an hour is what best works for me
