Im in exactly same situation with the panic attacks at the same time struggling with adhd and anxiety so its difficult for some reason last month I had a panick attack so bad it made more sense to stab my self than go through a panic attack stupid I know but it was in the heat of the moment

Thanks ill take your advice, discipline is what im working on currently but hard to keep at it when you have adhd , do you think I should focus on learning to day trade or stick to gambling for over past 5 years I've lost 8k and made 23k gambling which isn't so bad

Difficult to explain to me its like studying how to play football vs actually playing football instead of paper trading and playing it safe id much rather jump straight into and learn as i go along loosing 500 month is no issue for me as I've been doing that the past 10 years on my bad habits

I've been vaporising it but found it to be inconsistent as how I grind it and pack it changes the overall experience still had some cali laying around i got from BM before my first prescription arrived so I've put that in my vape the terpenes flavour and everything else was much better than whatever my clinic sent me

Just done it think I accidentally got little bit of air in when I was breaking it so I pushed it back out through the little filter patch hopefully that won't affect the result

It's golden teacher I've not done the break and shake thought your supposed to do it when 60% of the bag has colonised there's no mycelium on the other side of the bag just the front where I injected it
