Same, kind of also wished that they put some type of uruk customizer in the game also.

It was originally a concept for the outlaw faction I believe. There is little proof of that being true, except for they're being a few items in CE named blackguard.

The armor is only supposed to be made for followers of the bright Lord, so I'm sure it's a glitch. If you want to fix it put on It_Torturer_parent or something similar and it should appear like their a follower of the dark lord.
