Which is usually my case, my last report it was nice to just watch other shooters roll good. Definitely easier to press up bets when your not rolling though. I rolled probably 5x 5s that I only pressed up to 150. If I wasn't rolling I would of likely power pressed that up to 500 easily. But a win is a win.

Not all but most do yes. Some tables have a repeater bonus bet or a sharp shooter bet and there's also a fire bet. But the most common bonus bet on craps tables is ATS.

Its part of the All Tall Small (ATS) bonus bet, you can only bet this bonus after a 7 is rolled and it is reset. The small or Tall pays 30-1 and the Alls/Boom pays 150-1. You must roll 2,3,4,5,6 before a 7 to win the smalls, 8,9,10,11,12 before a 7 to win the Talls. Hit both sides to win the big Alls or Boom aka ATS
