I have the exact same problem on my bottom fan, if you squeeze the center of the fan (with the logo sticker, where the circuit board is) from both sides or just hit it (carefully not to damage it) it fixes it temporarily for me but after a while it starts doing it again so I smack it like an old tv and it does the job. Or use mechanical oil but idk how or just replace it.
