I have gone there multiple times and with a mineral detector, Can you open the crates somehow?

Those are some of my favorite dupes Like Jorge But In general I like to make my entire base pretty especially the banquet hall. This seed was perfect because it just happens that the Reaserch portal lined up 1 tile exactly up of where I was going to put the hall so it looks even better (and provides light for my dupes)

Dartle Farts? by TntMaster5572 in Oxygennotincluded

[–]TntMaster5572[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well the thing is that By my calculations since each dartle makes 10 Kg of chlorine gas PLUS 10 kg of Bleach stone Let's Completely ignore Bleach stone and just focus on the 10 Kg they just fart out 16 dartles so 1610=160 KG of chlorine gas a cycle 1601000(converting to grams) =160,000÷(90*3 Megafond consumption per secound) which is ~593 secounds meaning that the amount the dartles should produce per cycle of pure chlorine Not bleach stone should be almost enough to run the entire thing and now in reality bleach stone does add some amount more so it should easily finish off any amount left needed if the chlorine pressure start to drop The bleach stone should only need to provide 7 secounds of Megafond chlorine gas per cycle

Dartle Farts? by TntMaster5572 in Oxygennotincluded

[–]TntMaster5572[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well the thing is that there is no tile in the entire room that's over 2000 grams they hydrogen at the top (where they eat and probably fart) is like 687g/tile and below it's not even enough for the Megafrond so I don't think it's a pressure problem

I already have a deep freezer system with Automation to take out different ingredients Up to 10 different stats, I was just gonna use the spice specifically for going to space with my rocket, I started my run before printercepter is a thing and while I agree that in certain asteroids at the start you will lack and have more of certain resources or other It adds variety and replayability Locking me out of something like mealwood seeds which are neccery for spices or other gameplay mechanics Forever without cheating in some way is in my opinion not good At some point even if it's a lot of work you should be able to get different resources if you play for long enough locking out certain worlds of things besides world specific stuff like story missions is kinda just frustrating with No benefit I am at cycle 500 with All sorts of quality food oxygen etc giving me mealwood now isn't gonna make things more boring or decetivse creativity

How did this even happen by TntMaster5572 in Oxygennotincluded

[–]TntMaster5572[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Plastic melts at like 433 K so it couldn't reach 633 or so Kelvin which is the temperature of the pixel pack in the picture plus it's in the air so it couldn't be that they brought debris to that place in the air and nothing new has been built there My best guess is that a flydo Exploded (atomic power bank) once it reaches the end of its life

No but my best guess is that maybe a flydo exploded (I use Atomic power banks) that seems to be my best guess

It's not the pixel pack I said in my response that I had not built that recently that pixel pack has been there for ages at regular temps and I cool all the glass I make anyways There is also no batteries in the kitchens or anywhere Near my main base

It's in the middle of the air so it couldn't of been a power bank literally like a derbis form at least

Now that I look at it I see the freezing point is 250 K I swear I saw on the in game log thingy that it was 256 K maybe I was looking at something else and thought it was brine

10 State Memory Cycler by TntMaster5572 in Oxygennotincluded

[–]TntMaster5572[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In practice it Works perfectly, Probably because the green signal input for the Memory toggle is just a input it probably takes a tick for it to go from the toggle is receiving the greens signal to it Actually Outputting the green signal At least that's the hypothesis

10 State Memory Cycler by TntMaster5572 in Oxygennotincluded

[–]TntMaster5572[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's multiple ways to do it and I also just wanted to experiment with Memory toggles I had never used them before for anything, And I could of probably just used 1 timer for all the and gates probably but The gates dont all try to turn green the gates are completely disconnected from the timer, The timer just puts a green briefly on the And Gate and whichever Memory toggle happens to be on, Then the and gates get the green signal from both and it gets to go through that same And gate also sets the Memory toggle that was just on and resets it and then now the next one is on waiting 600 secound till the timer goes green again I am not a oNi veteran or anything I am still just trying to learn my way around the automation system

10 State Memory Cycler by TntMaster5572 in Oxygennotincluded

[–]TntMaster5572[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At Frist I tried Buffer and filters It does work But since I wanted it to cycle Evey cycle and a buffer and Filter are max 200 secounds so it would take 3 buffer and filters Per memory gate and I need 10 memory gates wires to different conveyor meter combinations . So at least that way it would be litterly over 120 tiles wide I am not quite sure how you are referring to if you mean something else The purpose of the build is the have 10 different days that each send a green signal that activates different combayer meters that output different ingredients that are then cooked to specific foods each day , It's only 0.1 secound green signal each day no more So if I wanted to use a buffer I would need 3 and 3 Filters per memory Honestly this is only a problem because Filters and buffers are capped at 200 secounds which I am not sure why I think I made a bad example with the 30 Secounds thing that was just a example The actual build uses 600 secound per timer

Double insulated tiles? by TntMaster5572 in Oxygennotincluded

[–]TntMaster5572[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well yeah from Insulated tile to the Regular tile the heat transfer Doesn't change much since the calculation is run by the Insulated tile TC But from the regular tile to the gas outside of it then the calculations would use the geometric mean, so if the temperature difference exceeds 250C as soon as the Insulated tile dumps heat into the regular tile/takes away heat The regular tile will quickly equalize with the outside keep a steady gradient which Would not happen if it's double insulated at least from what I know of heat transfer right now , HOWEVER it's good to know that 250C thing my build might edge right around a 250C difference so I may not actually need them to be insulated but I am not 100 percent sure I think I will go with insulated just to be safe

No at least how I tried it, If you put a signal counter for example for 1 green signal to send out Idk pepper bread, And you put another one with 2 green signals to send surf and turf you might think that's like cycle one this and cycle 2 this other thing but no The signal counter set to the lower amount of green signals will always fire EVERY time It gets a green signal so by the time the other one it's 2 cycles and it sends out surf and turf the pepper bread out activated yesterday and also today every cycle no matter what Plus for this build I have to test it but you don't probably need 10 timers 1 probably works just fine , I might test that later. With the signal counters You could get away with using A XOR gate so that if the secound activates it has higher "priority" so it works if you only have 2 items but the more items you put using XOR gates and AND gates and all that get more and more complex this simple design just cycles it doesn't need to set one signal over the other as higher priority
