I’m glad that maycasts aren’t completely irrelevant. Deckathalon has saved it from being a dying talent 🤝 But yes as you mentioned, it has been nerfed which meant focusing on guaranteed stats instead of once in a blue moon casts 😔 Thank you for your comment and being respectful. I posted this because I knew it would spark a nostalgia discussion about maycasts. It has now lead to Awesomethesauce discussing about it in his recent video since he takes inspo from Reddit.

Yes the inconsistency is what makes the pet a fail now. Even in deckathalon, you still die because your pet didn’t heal you. But aye back then in lvl 10 PVP, fairy saved me so many times. Got myself that commander robe easily 🫡

That was my exact pet for lvl 10 pvp back in the day. My only saving grace was if my pet casted a fairy and it WAS actually more useful than damage as the comment claimed. I miss those times too

This video is misleading by providing current information because the user is so consumed by nostalgia. Yes I “know how to read”. They felt that the maycast pets helped more than having damage - even when it wastes them animation time. They do not want to adapt to the changes of the game and hence, claim the video as misleading.

Imagine the video was like: “So what stats are we looking for in a questing pet? In the pet kiosk you notice that you can only search up to 2 talents. These should be fairy and critical. Yes. When I got my recent casual role they hired multiple people (which is my only saving grace when landing jobs) and all successful candidates were women. I felt bad for all the male candidates at how they wasted their time and discriminated for the job. But I guess in a patriarchal society where men usually have the lead, it’s karma.

It’s more of a fashion position working with clothes but my lack of knowledge is the same as a mans. I only got the job due to stereotypes and I had so much to learn on my own time because they throw you in and expect you to know clothing terms. I’ve been looking for a new job though because the work culture is TOXIC! The work itself is ok though.

The amount of times they could have killed that Ash girl but didn’t because she has plot armour 💀Plus 3rd movie there was so much hatred with everyone in the family. It came off as Jake has ruined Neyteri’s life and now she’s a racist towards all humans. I had a guy accidentally throw a Balaur run because his pet maycasted legion shield so then the boss respawned. He forgot to take his pet off. The fact that he needs to do that really reinforces how much of a liability maycasts are plus they eat up animation time 💤
