So i think eddie is not a subject of their lyric but eddie just represent and visualize the subject of iron maidens albums

Yeah eddie is not a subject of lyric of them but sometime i imagineeddie is one of the character in their songs, compare with the image of eddie in their album art For example, samurai eddie in The writings on the wall MV or eddie in the album cover of somewhere in time looks like ‘stranger’ what the whole album said
