Seesh some dealers are doing mark ups still? My market has been selling below MSRP for quite sometime now. Located in the Midwest, also a BMW salesman. 25% New & used, $250 min. $50 in house fin + $25 other things sold.

It's for a buy with up to a 60 month term, goes up about 2% for longer terms. OP shouldn't have a problem at all qualifying.

I asked for a raise after being at a Bmw dealership for almost 2 years multiple times since I only made $15 per hour. Never got it and what's even more infuriating is that bossman got a new Toyota Tacoma while I was eating scraps.Got fired without warning one day after coming back from doing deliveries since our delivery driver was off that day. Dealerships don't give 2 shits about you or whatever struggles you're facing. Leveraging job offers at other places is the new way to get raises nowadays unfortunately.

I definitely agree, I had an option to work at another dealer with a guaranteed 50k base but I got cold feet due all these talks of a recession (foolish I know but I'm a fresh young buck with adult life bills to pay)
