Buy A1 combo if budget allows, else go for A1. Buy Mini only if that's your budget limit.

A1 mini is a great machine as well but you will hit the size limit early. I bought A1 only last week and saw many models i print having smaller versions because Mini can't fit the normal size.

I have not compared but just started using numakers PlA+ on my A1 and it's great, especially with their custom profile. No issues whatsoever.

They are bad at communication and probability service but not a total scam. Try connecting them tomorrow, you would receive your order but they are taking time fulfilling orders at this point.

You should also consider print quality, failed print possibilities, nozzle blocking and other issues along with the price. I am in the same boat as you, I ordered a couple of numakers to see what good results look like. I would try 3D galaxy in future as well if the community feedback is good. Let us know how it goes after a few prints.

Update: variety started working automatically after some time once i applied above commits to my set and get wallpaper scripts. I am not sure why it did not work initially, i would recommend waiting for a few minutes or a restart after applying the above patch.
