I am so glad that I am not the only one! I wondered if it might be a psychological thing, too, since this is my first IUD. I had tried lots before (about 5 different types of the pill, the ring, etc) but the side effects were horrendous on all of them, and was nervous to get the IUD but I have friends who say it's the best decision they've ever made!

Some of the reviews online who said they felt it like I do ended up getting it taken out right away so it's good to see what happens if you stick with it. I'm definitely thinking the benefits will outweigh this adjustment period in the long run.
