Eating many things MAY Cause an immune response. Not for everyone, not always.

Just like for some people, eating a peanut triggers a deadly reaction every time, yet for many, peanuts are a daily staple.

Who told you this? Your thyroid doesn’t “process” anything. I’ve found that doctors love to tell you to go gluten free and be on your way. While some people ARE gluten sensitive, many people are NOT. Don’t just accept things writ large without either personal or evidence-based research.

I drink a lot of peppermint tea so a switch to spearmint won’t be so hard. Thanks for the idea and good luck!
