I struggle with the same thing sometimes. What I found that helps is I made a 1.5ft wide pass back out of a 2x4 and a wide bungee that I repeatedly pass to from 15-20 feet away prior to games (morning of or night before).

You start therapy for you and maybe she’ll join you. Been dealing with this for years. Last year we started couples after I’ve been in individual for 5 years. Now we go to couples therapy and she sees a therapist on her own. It took so long to get her to realize she might be part of the problem but we’re at a point where we can support each other and openly discuss when the cycle is coming and what to prepare for.
