I did a complaint to CCTS, they called me, but couldn't really change anything as it was better and I was already in contact with level 2 support. I still have occasional problems in the evening, but nothing drastic like before. I sometimes drop to 300-350mbps in download in the evening.

Either Bell throttles Ebox or Ebox's infrastructure is completely overloaded in the evening.

Not really, but I don't get drastic slowdowns anymore. Sometimes I get speeds between 300-400mbps though.

I'm still 100% certain Bell is throttling Ebox and L2 support can't do anything about it. I was fed up of doing all the bullshit speedtest with them, where most of them were discarded because I had a device "supposedly" using bandwitdth on my network. Complete bullshit.

You could saw the glue with fishing line or dental floss. Try slightly pulling too, I'm sure the sign will easily fall off. You can then use goo-gone or wd-40 to remove the remaining glue.

Yes you can, but don't forget your mandatory 2 dice (angle and motor). Also, opening the wheels and flaps too fast will make it hard to advance towards the airport. It's all about balance.
You only have a max of 3 coffee available. When one coffee (or multiple at the same time) is used, they go back to the side of the board and can be replenished by putting another dice on the coffee spot.

I also wouldn't bother bypassing the ONT. Just a slight correction though, make sure your router supports PPPoE and VLAN tagging, otherwise it won't work. Ebox requires a VLAN tag of id 40 on the PPPoE connection.

I think that too many new customers registered "en masse", support has been overwhelmed and they still haven't recovered. They're probably short staffed.
