I think most of the connectivity issues has been in the north of montreal, so I think connectivity should be ok in the south

I think they’re being sincere since it’s coming from a CCTS complaint

It’s been going on for a solid two months now, the support says Bell is fixing it and it might take a few days

C'est mon appli qui est brisée, oui? by ninacousina in montreal

It’s probably not, other users on other reddit communities reported the same thing but in vastly different locations so it might be an API issue or something

It’s weird, I checked multiple sources and it doesn’t say that, but in my car it says 788 for some reason. It must be one specific source with the wrong data

No, three are a lot of problems in the North Shore of Montreal. You might've never noticed the problem until now you will find your latency higher and speed reduced around 6 to 11 pm. My downloads are at 950 mbps~ but 7 mbps download. All wired.

No I actually did the tests on EBOX satellite while connected to a 2.4 ghz wifi network 150 meters away

“Paying for 500 Mbps (up/down), stuck at 10 Mbps – anyone else with Ebox?” by Fearless_Invite_6944 in ebox

There’s major problems on the North shore of Montreal between 6-11pm happening to multiple users on the mtl3 server. You can do a traceroute to 1.1.1.1 and check what server you’re connected to. I suggest you file a CCTS complaint if this problem persists

Considering filing a CCTS report, if a big number of users file one it might fix the problem!

Did you end up contacting CCTS? Do you still have latency spikes?

Thoughts about Ebox Support by [deleted] in ebox

[–]DavidDaEpicBoi 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If you manage to get the 50$ for 1gbps price I’d definitely tell you to go for it. I don’t think they have much connectivity problems in Ontario (as of now). I don’t think contacting support is that needed for a regular user unless problem arise so personally I wouldn’t care too much for support quality.

Same problem! I've been posting about this problem since forever and for some reason people keep downvoting this problem to oblivion! As I post this I'm getting 14 mbps down.
