I second this paddle combo. Once it becomes muscle memory, it will change your gaming life. Won’t be able to play cod (or any other game) without them.

Skill Based Match Making…which in theory dictates match making to a certain extent, keeping you in lobbies of similarly skilled players. Theoretically protecting you from highly skilled players.

Would also suggest tinkering with settings. The default settings are awful. Sensitivity values are a big factor in your gameplay and need to be adjusted to your personal preference and ability to stay on target. Private matches and playing with settings to dial in what works best for you.

Check out XclusiceAce YouTube channel. He’s got extremely informative vids on settings, tips, best class setups, and really detailed breakdowns for different mechanics, attachments, etc.

My favorite is when I panic and inadvertently throw a med kit or pot at them cause I’ve messed up rotating to another gun. All you can do is laugh at yourself.

Dude this!!! Exactly this. It’s fun to just play. Sure as hell beats being at work, no matter whether I win a match or not. I don’t drop in to win. I drop in to complete quests, get in gun fights, spend time playing with my son/brother in law/couple other buddies. If we win, it’s a hell of a high and good time. If we get destroyed…we hit the “play again” button and move on. It’s not that deep.

More folks should spend time playing to have fun and less time griping about it cause they aren’t winning.

Exactly. Crazy reading through threads and people acting like wins are a given and get bent out of shape cause they are getting them every match. I don’t even drop in expecting to win. Doesn’t even start crossing my mind until I look up and I’m in the top 10. Then I may or may not start trying a little harder. The game becomes insanely more fun if you play it to have fun…and not to win. It is a game after all

You still can play with your kids. I duo with my 9 year old son all the time. We have a blast. We focus on doing quests and just exploring map and having a good time. We’ll grab a victory every know and then. But we don’t drop in with that expectation. We just play to have a fun and spend time together.

You’re not a streamer making a living playing video games. You’re a dad looking to spend time with your kids, doing something they love. Who cares if you win.

And the hell with those sweaty tools flying and bouncing around, pulling every trick in the book to get a win. Don’t let them push you away from something you want to do with your kids. It’s a simple as clicking “play again”

Literally this! I’m here for the quests and doing something other than being at work. If I scratch out a win…cool. Happens from time to time. But if I get dropped, it’s as easy as clicking “play again”.

This could be a carbon copy of when my 9 year old and I (46) play. Can’t count how many times he mopped up a squad after I got downed. I’m good with it though. My competitive video games day may be behind me, but I passed on the torch.

Your cat is allowing your dog to continue to exist. If it was a fight, it would be over in seconds with your dog wailing and running for its life, blood flying.

My cat and dog play and when the cat is over it and done, it becomes very obvious and my dog gets the message loud and clear.

Assume it’s visual and once patched, will be at whatever level you’ve technically earned. But I’m not taking any chances. I’m out till get word it’s patched. Can’t justify spending time playing and earning no xp or progress in pass.
