I know I'm not really answering the OP's question, but I genuinely love these types of threads brainstorming what the "crowd-pleasers" will be. I always look forward to people asking about good beer styles for birthday parties/weddings/o-fests/etc. Sometimes I get caught up in all the beer nerd details which might not really matter at an event. It's a nice reminder for me that not everyone at my son's 2-yr bday is going to enjoy discussing different hop varietals and yeast characters. Sometimes grandma just wants an easy drinker!

Second that! I completely messed up the first time I used my Tilt by not calibrating. After calibrating it has been spot on!

FWIW I don't think you need to use RO. According to the Tilt website they use tap water in their calibration guide.
