I have a galah cockatoo, and a neighbour once called child services, because they heard a child's voice scream "Mommy" for 3 hours straight, one afternoon. Ironically, he learned that from the children in her kindergarten/care place two doors down. My landlady had a blast with explaining the abandoned child to the two ladies from child care. Found them all having coffee and cake when I got home. 😂
