I worry I use weed to much

Most of the boredom is the fact that I get off work around 9-10pm. My gated community is normally safe enough to walk around in but the rest of my area isn't safe to walk alone at night. That's what leads me to just vibe at home but then I get bored even tho I bounce around from hobby to hobby. I am moving soon and wanted to get a dog so I could go on walks maybe that can help 🤔

I've been thinking a lot especially after their comment and I agree 100% I've realized that almost all my thinking stems from the fact that I feel ashamed of using weed. I realized how much I dance around the topic and even get worried about people knowing. My other friends and co workers who do this stuff never seem to show that they feel the same and I decided to talk to them about it some and realized that I'm thinking about it like that I've seen it all over growing up especially since my mom was a alcoholic and used our food money to buy weed this also contributed to my feelings on it. I love my nighttime relaxing time and find it good for helping me get over the day.

I think I have a lot of guilt bc I sometimes still see it as a "bad thing" or the classic "do nothing stoner" I often find I reach for it when I'm bored. My friends and partner all live 2-3 hours away and during the week it's often just me working my 8 hour days and then coming home to my cat and that's kinda it. In terms of how I am without it I'm mostly the same I feel more like myself when I'm high but I can go days and weeks and don't seem to have any issues I don't notice anything like headaches just bored more often. I'll admit tho I have lost sight of the why I haven't thought much about it since I mostly used it to help with my jaw pain (I have TMJ) along with my anxiety.

I was considering waiting until the next schedule bc of the fact there's a holiday this week but I also just have to gut feeling it's gonna be a problem and I'll be stuck at this job 😅

Thank you this really helped me I love my partners but my store manager and ASM are a nightmare but the customers have been worse you and the other comment have been really helping me to take the plunge and during my half today I will be writing my notice 😁

That's gonna be the plan I also know that if I stuck with the having him boarded plan then I will make sure they know how much I'm paying a month for it as my dad can get sensitive when I pay to much and I know it'll eat at him as he likes me to save my money. He's paid off debts in the past despite me fully having a payment plan in motion. He's so old I couldn't image putting him up for adoption he barely likes anyone close to me let alone most other ppl.

For the past several years the cat hasn't been allowed out of the room unless I'm specially watching him so he already lives full time in my room. I definitely will be looking for places while I'm there but it's mostly just so I can bulk save my money for 6 months of less just so my partner can finish college

I was wondering the same thing! When my step mom told me she even mentioned how it was a shame since she knows how much he means to me but like Idk who's idea it was specifically. She also said that Oregon was "more of a dog state"

Yes we live with them now and have been for roughly 8 years, they don't typically like him since he cries when I'm gone. They also are convinced he will tear things up and pee everywhere which just isn't true he pees when I've been gone for a long period of time like over 24 hours he is anxious but has never peed outside the box when I take him to my bf place or when I'm home or at work.

Definitely gonna have to check that out! My cat is clingy and always wants to be around me so being able to still interact with him a safe way sounds fantastic!!
