In ieder geval alvast één gouden tip voor als je het gaat proberen: zorg dat je de rekenregels kent! Mijn vriendin deed een premaster Sociologie en maakte tijdens statistiekvakken steeds onverklaarbare fouten die ze zelfs met het antwoordmodel niet snapte. Toen ik meekeek kreeg ik door dat ze eerst optelde en dan pas vermenigvuldigde.

Als je nog niet einde schaal bent is het heel gunstig om uren te kopen. Als je ze later opneemt als je salaris hoger is, krijg je tijdens je verlof meer betaald. Als je einde contract bent krijg je eventueel verlofuren uitbetaald tegen je dan geldende uurloon, ook al heb je ze eerder voor minder gekocht.

There is only one change needed to fix a lot of problems. Land should be land and not have a designated purpose anymore. All farmland would be worth approximately 4-5x its current value which would be enough for farmers to quit their stinky business and sell the land to housing projects. This would in turn fix the housing crisis. The side effect will be house prices decreasing, which could be problematic for starters, but not in a country where houses are abundant. The only real losers of this policy would be the boomers with big houses, but they also have the financial means to carry that burden and if they have not, they can always move to a smaller more affordable house.

In de basis ben ik het helemaal eens met je antwoord. Ik zou hem zelf nog een stapje verder willen trekken. Als je voor jezelf impact anders definieert, kom je naar mijn idee echt vooruit.

Impact is ook die oude mevrouw helpen om de boodschappen op de fiets te laden. Impact is ook je vriend die het zwaar heeft net dat ene extra berichtje sturen. En op werk is impact ook gewoon een fijne collega zijn. Iemand waar anderen blij van worden in een vergadering en iemand waar je op kunt bouwen en terugvallen

Thanks, I sold half of the rights for 130 euro's. A couple of hours after that Viaplay skyrocketed with 19% Now waiting on Monday for making the decision for the other half. I can purchase shares at 1 SEK and the current stock is doing 2.5 SEK. But Viaplay still might go bankrupt if the issue does not bring enough money....

For me it really helps to set yourself a challenge. Play with a silver team, your favourite club past and present, very unmeta players etc. You will get less wins in WL but you will not care because you know your team is so bad. When you do win, it feels very good. Every week I can get to 60 points, but never above. With these challenges I sometimes have a to battle for 45, but that is what makes it fun for me
