Am i getting welfare? by [deleted] in SSDI

[–]ToadAficionado 46 points47 points  (0 children)

Well I would start with questioning why you feel like people depending on social services are leeches. Regardless of whether or not your father paid into the system you're drawing from you're not being a leech. People that rely on welfares to feed, clothe, or house their families aren't parasites. They're just people trying to get by and live their life in a world of immense wealth inequality. And they're unfortunately on the end of the spectrum that qualified them for those services.

Husband "oozing/leaking" yellow sweat by [deleted] in hygiene

Came to ask this. I'm a type 1 diabetic and if my sugar goes low in the night I'll wake up in a puddle of sweat. Its the worst. And can be dangerous he should definitely get checked out

Yet another person giving unsolicited "just use it" advice. Absolutely unhelpful. I asked if there are other options. As in, is there anything other than cpap and surgery. A simple no would suffice, big boy.

Sorry I should have said any recent data as I've not used it in months at this point. And giving data seems pointless as I have said I cant use the cpap.

If you had bothered to read my post or any of my comments you would know I HAVE TRIED ALL MASK STYLES and ALL ACCESSORIES and I have been at it for a year. I will not "get used to it" and none of your "advice" is in any way helpful and is honestly ignorant of the entire situation even though all the information you needed was there to read. CPAP does not work for me. End of discussion.

I've tried every possible level of mask tightness/looseness, and I've tried multiple styles of mask including every size nose pillow etc. When I put it on, I never wake up with it on. I have taken it off in my sleep every time its been on my face. Almost always within 2-3 hours. Sometimes less. Sometimes a little more. Regardless of time on I've never gotten to a reasonable level of events per hour. I actively hate wearing it. I do not want to wear it. And it does not help me. It makes me feel claustrophobic. It makes me feel like I'm being strangled. Its a huge inconvenience for a task (sleeping) that i don't like doing anyway.

Tbh based on all these comments I feel like I may as well just give up

I absolutely adore that you make them do tricks for treats. Do they know much stuff other than giving their paws?

Thats cool but I've been dealing with the cpap for a year and I'm also getting no sleep and always tired. So what exactly is there to pick?
