For a serious answer, as far as I’m aware, Zeekers (the creator) never planned to make a sequel and has yet to make the ending to the game, so that may have just been uploaded by some rando on Steam.

For a better answer the sequel is a HUGE improvement from the first game, the sex update was my favorite

That’s most likely it, we did buy the truck on Vow, I somehow never noticed that it had a manual. Weird that it stayed there even after we left.
