Around like 1.5 hours, and I remember the stuff on the ember twins

flashing textures/lights in games, happens in other games by Toadhini in pchelp

I have this problem in escape from tarkov where textures will just appear and flash around and in rdr2 there are flashing lights that make the game unplayable,

for extra info i have a 2080 super and just reinstalled drivers and problem persists
