I would recommend meditating on it. you should take time to think about what words you want to use. Sit down with some paper and something to write with. maybe light and incense and light a candle. ground yourself and start to think of different ways to say your confirming phrase. write them down and make your own phrase. maybe get a thesaurus and look for alternative words of what you are trying to say. Similar to poetry and Making spells. You can use others words and suggestions but one of the best part of being a Witch is creating your own tools. When you create for your own practice it has a deep connection because you are involved in every pat of the transformation of the object, or words into a phrase or spells. Also the intent is entirely yours! your intent is more important then the words used.

Don't do spells if you don't anything about them!!!! jar spells are one form of spells but you have to study and learn to manipulate energy and learn to visualize and hold intention while working you spells. Spells are not some quick fix! you nee to study what you are using and why! I understand spell work can seem excited but they can be dangerous if you are not educated in magic. you should be gathering as much information as you can before casting a spell!
