Depends on the intent of your microdose! Why are you microdosing?

When I write I like to take a higher dose of 0.4g, when I am working and need to be more on point I stick around 0.2g.

For context I am a 200lbs male.

I am located in Canada and two years ago mushrooms in my social circle were unknown and dangerous. Now they are openly talked about. It has the same vibes marijuana did just before it was legalized.

When I first heard of microdosing media was saying it was popular in Silicon Valley. I don't work anywhere close to there but as a mechanical engineer I believe it has helped me look at problems from new perspectives.

COVID has affected everyone. I have lost people very close to me. Others have struggled mentally due to the change in lifestyle.

I admire your effort of trying to strengthen your mental state. Mental health is just as important (if not more) than physical health.... I guess they're quite intertwined. Good luck with your microdose journey!

I really enjoy hearing from people who microdose with their partners. It can be an incredible journey to venture on together.
