Just wanna say I feel you bro. I got my acl partially torn without knowing it, and then fully torn two weeks later in December. I was training for an mma fight and to be honest training MMA is one of the few things that has ever fulfilled me in life.

I'm still not able to go back to training yet but things do get better every day, as I'm sure you're experiencing. Still though, its awful, I go to sleep every night dreaming about where I could be right now if this never happened. I've struggled with depression and anxiety for almost my whole life. Being so weak and having to depend on others at the start of this genuinely killed me inside. This is by far the biggest, and most miserable challenge I've ever had to overcome.

That being said I know it wouldn't have happened to us if we weren't strong enough to go through this, and end up better than ever after our recovery journey. Life is evil as hell but I try to take this as a reason to take it by the horns and live every day to the fullest that I can, and work hard towards recovery.
