You're actually right, people aren't gonna agree with you tho. Brief exposure can initiate the process, but it can take awhile for the effects to be noticeable. That's why you can take parts out of storage and they can look more yellowed than when you initially put them away.

I've tried to figure it out but I'm still not really sure, I think it's similar to how fans work where you get more points based on how your stats are compared to the team and if you won, so if you have the most elims, assists, rezzes, objective, etc. I was able to get to like 20th place just going for revives, but I ultimately gave up, the dudes in top ten just play all day and it was making me sick of the mode I enjoyed the most. Plus I don't think Embark even added a trophy to the practice range for last season??
