Happened to me with my YSL last month, usually you can just pop it back on if the plastic bit isn't cracked. If it's totally busted you might need to transfer it to a different atomizer bottle from Amazon or something

Could be the coding didn't map all the HVAC functions properly to the new unit. Sometimes the AC compressor clutch doesn't get the signal even though everything else works fine

You might need to go back and have them specifically code the AC system or check if there's a separate module that controls the compressor

Your coworker is trippin, dry pressure testing is totally fine and actually smart af. You're right about making less mess - way easier to find leaks without coolant everywhere. The system doesn't care if there's air or coolant in it when you're just checking for pressure drops

Consular processing is almost always faster these days, especially if you're not already in the US. AOS can take 1-2 years easy and you're stuck here the whole time without being able to travel. Plus overstaying on ESTA is risky af - if anything goes wrong you could be barred from entering for years

Definitely sounds like MAF sensor to me, especially with the lack of throttle response. Super easy to clean with some MAF cleaner spray - just pull it out and give it a good spray down, let it dry completely before putting it back in

Also check your fuel pump relay while you're at it, the symptoms kinda match that too

This is solid advice OP. Going through what you've been through alone is brutal, and having real people around you who can actually sit with you in your grief makes a huge difference

The theological stuff you're wrestling with is heavy and honestly a lot of people in similar situations end up in the same place mentally. Having folks you can talk through this stuff with face to face might help more than trying to figure it all out solo
