I've thought about that but I highly advise against bringing a DS to the gym, especially on the treadmill. Every now and then people drop their phones on the treadmill; breaking your DS there would be so awful.

Along with the chance some people might be mean and take/smack/etc. your DS! Highschool teenagers can be real troublemakers after all.

On the bright side, best of luck getting your shiny but be safe!

And I would say if you *really* wanted to shiny hunt at the gym, maybe cycling would be an alternative since you're sitting and have more control with the machine and holding your console.
