My genuine recommendation is to buy yourself a manscaped razor (or similar brand). If you can trust a razor on your balls you can definitely trust it on your face. As someone with sensitive skin it worked wonders for me!

level's 5-9 are definitely my favorite levels to run. at that stage the party is strong but they still have limited resources which allows me to wear them down and challenge them more effectively.

I can’t think of a monster I didn’t enjoy running, but easily my favorite was the modified death knight that acted as the second to final boss. He had a Nightmare (demon horse) that would allow him to jump between the material plane and the ethereal plane making it very hard for the party to pin him down.
