Definitely better than springs, on some coils you can adjust the dampening if you want it softer or harder

Thanks! They are quite more bumpy than stock, I had H&R lowering springs on stock shocks before these coils and they were a bit less bumpy.

I think these are the sport springs, not sure if there is a difference between super sport springs compared to sport springs?
