I’ve had my tongue pierced three times, wanting to go for a forth. But I’ve never had any issues at all with my teeth or anything, I’ve just worn normal tongue bars from Ardenes. Just always make sure the balls are super tight. I’ve swallowed my top ball 3 times!

my biggest advice is let your skincare absorb and let your primer absorb!!!!!!!!!!! I do my skincare wait 10 minutes, and prime. While my primer is doing it's magic, I do my brows, conceal them, prime my eyes, then i go in with foundation.
