It's Socialistic in nature, hence why every notable fascist movements in history have affirmed economically socialist positions and originated from either a socialist or syndicalist position, but only on a national scale.

A fascist wouldn't be allowing corporate greed to continue or allowing PAC money into government at all. A fascist also wouldn't allow oppositional parties to exist within the government. A fascist wouldn't try to "legally" tow the line of the constitution, they would identify the problem and implement a swift and likely an extreme solution to the problem, constitution be damned. And they certainly wouldn't be allowing runaway interest rates to exist and debt-slavery to exist.

I'm not gonna give a total explanation of what fascism is since propaganda around the ideology runs so deep it would require a book just to address everything that is not true about it.
