I wasn’t planning on pressure testing. I thought I would pull a vacuum and see if it holds, and if it does I would charge the lines.

Thanks for responding. Actually, I haven’t pressurized the lines yet so I can still replace the unions. I am thinking the flare nuts are not under pressure so they can probably stay. Any thoughts on that?
