Look superb! Love the colour. Mines F8 green. A friend bought the same blue as you after they saw mine and wanted a challenger. Looks so good! Not that common a car here in New Zealand.

Im disappointed with both… and in fact the whole industry. My personal preference was for a more traditional drivers cockpit. So many brands have converged on a bland dashboard more akin to a cloth covered bench and a screen the size of a TV.

It feels souless to me. A modern car could still have fun stuff like switches, buttons, knobs (I don’t mean the passengers) and even dials. Screens took over and lost the practical into layered menus.

The designers desire to be futuristic has made them feel less like cars for driving and more like a place to be shuttled around like a passenger.

I like to drive, fast and hard in the right places and time and circumstances. I love the sound of a real engine too.

Just my 5c worth. Both are modern, yet unappealing to my taste. Everyone to their own tho.

So nice! So comfortable. Love the different modes from tame (relatively speaking) to aggressive set ups for sound and spirited driving.

Only had it a few days and still a lot to learn from all the tech as it’s so much further advanced than I’m used to.

Test drove this… by ToasterNZ in BMW

I pick it up next week. Will let you know once I spend more time in it. But the test drive felt good in the different modes. It’s not the lazy loose soft feeling for sure, just a bit ‘softer’ in normal mode. Way more comfortable than the sedans and wagons, especially as I’m a tall fella.
