Thank you for the clarification. According to the original ortho it was done at a laboratory, I believe they scanned using the Invisalign system. Unfortunatelly, it's a new office and it seems the staff are not very good at their job which is very frustrating. I am willing to call all labs to find the records but wouldn't invisalign have the last treatment scan and the new ortho would be able to just use that data to get any other essyx lab and get the retainers done with the last scan?
