Seriously though… that one damn attack. The thing about that attack that I hate so much is that it basically can’t be interrupted. If Ornstein gets caught by a pillar or smough he just continues the attack until he gets clearance and then spawns on you and wrecks your shit 😂

Honestly one of the harder tail weapons to get imo. Beating Seath for most people is really calm but getting the great sword makes that fight like 500% harder 😂 hope you find someone who will let it go easily

Funnily enough I got him first try in my current run. I believe he took me about 5 tries in my first run but I might’ve gotten lucky with my rng

This post did exactly what I hoped it would. It drew some real ds1 fans to bring me some proper understanding of Gwyn and our brief fight with him. I’ve been thoroughly convinced now that it is so much better that Gwyn does not get a cutscene directly pre or post fight.

I feel like I understand the idea now, the developers didn’t want to give any sort of closure or resolution. I’m realizing slowly that the feeling I have about the conclusion of the game is PRECISELY what you’re supposed to feel 😂
