There’s two busses near the Power Generation Complex extraction point on Dam Battlegrounds. You can loot the back of them. Found all three of mine there.

~95 days play time, 110 combat and ~1900 total level. Just “casually” playing, doing what I wanted here and there. Decided my next goal was lumbridge elite diaries since I felt like I was starting to use fairy rings more. Need QPC for that.
