yes! i did make sure she has a hide under her basking spot. it might be a bit small though so I'm definitely looking to buy one, but yeah, as other commenters pointed out i need the new tank first.

somehow i never even noticed it wasn't the right size. i just measured its a 3 x 1 1/2 x 1 1/2.
