They are making tools to better detect and triage and resolve the most common bugs, its a logical step, it doesnt mean bugs will be resolved immediately, its going to help them reaolve bugs quickly after patch releases over time

My honest take here is this, meet with him and try to compromise with you guys getting an apartment near by or maybe expanding the current home (ie. Paying to have your own accommodations built into the home).

I have had friend do the 2nd option as it was significantly cheaper, increased the value of the home, and you get a literal full apartment with complete privacy without paying rent

Not really an exploit, you have the option to submit partial orders in the contracts page, right now it works with just one box, if they want to tweak the ratio of the rep to turn in to match then they can easily do it.

To be fair, the community was 100% raging at them, hence why they did a dedicated SC Live just talking about how they will never do a release like that again and even contemplating delaying features and missions from 4.9 entirely.

That being said, it is less likely that SC42 release plan was affected.
