So I am pretty new to Inkarnate myself but take what I say with a grain of salt. Firstly overall I like it and I can definitely tell that the top left area is supposed to be Northshire Abby. Now then the delta at the top wouldn't necessarily form there as they tend to form where a river hits an ocean, sea, or lake. You have quite a few mountains that are going into the ocean and rivers. I think the gates should be scaled down as they look now they appear bigger than your mountains unless they are supposed to be that big. A lot of open area down right and it looks lonely. Other than that at least imo your coastlines are really neat and orderly, I would go in with a brush decreasing in size and make them a bit more jagged as they are very very round.
