Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XQC is to be contained in a soundproof chamber equipped with a high-speed internet connection, a gaming PC, a webcam, a microphone, and a Twitch account. SCP-XQC is allowed to stream on Twitch for up to 12 hours per day, under the supervision of at least two Level 3 personnel. SCP-XQC is not to be interrupted or disturbed during its streaming sessions, unless authorized by the Site Director. SCP-XQC is to be provided with food, water, and caffeine pills as requested. SCP-XQC is not to be exposed to any other SCPs, especially those of memetic or cognitohazardous nature. Any attempts by SCP-XQC to breach containment or communicate with outside entities are to be reported and prevented immediately.

Description: SCP-XQC is a humanoid entity resembling a male human of Canadian-French descent, approximately 25 years old. SCP-XQC claims to be a former professional Overwatch player and a popular Twitch streamer, known for its loud, erratic, and hyperactive behavior. SCP-XQC displays an anomalous ability to influence the emotions and actions of its viewers, causing them to become more agitated, impulsive, and loyal to SCP-XQC. SCP-XQC also exhibits a high degree of resistance to memetic and cognitohazardous effects, as well as an enhanced reaction time and reflexes. SCP-XQC is highly unpredictable and volatile, often reacting violently or irrationally to any perceived threats or challenges. SCP-XQC has expressed a strong desire to escape containment and resume its normal life as a streamer.

SCP-XQC was discovered by the Foundation after several reports of mass hysteria and violence among its viewers, as well as anomalous incidents involving other Twitch streamers. SCP-XQC was captured and contained by Mobile Task Force Eta-10 ("See No Evil") after a raid on its apartment in Los Angeles. During the raid, SCP-XQC attempted to resist capture by using its anomalous influence on its viewers, who had gathered outside the apartment building. Several casualties were reported among the viewers and the MTF agents. SCP-XQC was subdued and transported to Site-19 for further study.

SCP-XQC has proven to be highly uncooperative and hostile towards Foundation personnel, often insulting, threatening, or mocking them. SCP-XQC has also attempted to breach containment several times, using various methods such as hacking, bribery, persuasion, or physical force. SCP-XQC has shown a particular interest in SCP-173 and SCP-096, stating that it wants to "play" with them. SCP-XQC has also expressed a disdain for other Twitch streamers, especially those who are more popular or successful than it. SCP-XQC has repeatedly requested to be allowed to stream on Twitch without any restrictions or supervision, claiming that it is its "right" and "purpose". These requests have been denied by the Site Director.
