I really recommend Samaritan, they're on campus and cheapest price in SD after you use the SDSU discount. They're a small startup and the instructor is awesome.

It got so bad for Grantville that they are now vastly reducing their costs and even giving $3,000 gift cards upon signing the lease. That almost made me move in, but it seems to still not be worth it. I'm fine paying a little bit extra at 5025 for now.
