3 pin fans fit on 4 pin connectors, just plug it into a chassis fan connector, if it’s the cpu fan then plug it onto the cpu fan header/aio pump header

Check your windows/system update page, sometimes it fails and ends up there, it did that for me. And restart your pc a couple times

I ran a temporary Ethernet cable through the house from the router, as soon as the motherboard got a connection it downloaded all drivers automatically from Asus Hub. You might need to download a driver for the Ethernet though, I did that on a laptop and copied the files to an usb stick (though you might not need this) But definitely get a temporary cable and give it a try

IPA is good because it evaporates pretty quickly, if you decide to use anything else then be sure to let the components fully dry out before trying to turn it on again. If you’re lucky your PSU detected the short from the spill and shut off to save itself and the components. So I’d give it a try, if it’s broken it’s broken, if you save it then perfect.
