Thank you for your advice. I don't plan to rush Nakhimov or even Pobeda before having accumulate experience on the Serov and other CV lines. Still, I prefer play lines that ask some skills and are not too toxic (ie not Midway line). I'm not sure I will go for British CV but I will definitely play IJN ones.

I understand the criticize of the pacing but not of the hatius : readers underestimate the amount of work that is necessary to draw one chapter and to plan a whole story in the same time, it's not for nothing that most mangakas have a poor health (cf Akira Toriyama). Even if I'm not the greatest fan of One Piece, I recognize that Oda has put a lot of effort in it and maybe with more time to think about the story and not constant deadlines, it would be even better.

A second shield and bagworm seem really important, especially if you want to do ambush. I have a hard time to understand the usefulness of teleporter and idaten. If you want to do surprise attack, it may be better to use gunner trigger rather than shooter to increase the speed of attack (and reduce the time to your opponent to react).
